h31 Terms & Conditions

1️⃣ Eligibility and Registration

To register and use h31, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gambling services.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your legal name, date of birth, phone number, and preferred payment method.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether initiated by you or by h31.
• Not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of h31.

h31 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

2️⃣ Account Management

Each player may hold one active account only. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential and secure at all times.
• Updating your personal information promptly if it changes.
• All activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.
• Logging out of your account when using shared or public devices.

h31 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arises from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

3️⃣ Deposits

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the h31 platform:

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported Bangladeshi bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and others as listed on the deposit page).
• Deposits are credited to your h31 account balance in BDT. No currency conversion fees are applied.
• h31 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider or mobile banking network.
• Deposits that cannot be verified or that are flagged for suspicious activity may be held pending investigation.

4️⃣ Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your h31 account.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This includes submission of a valid national ID (NID) or passport.
• Any active bonus balance must meet its associated wagering requirement before a withdrawal containing bonus-derived funds can be processed.
• h31 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• h31 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.

5️⃣ Bonuses and Promotions

All promotional offers provided by h31 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus funds that expire unused are forfeited without recourse.
• h31 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim repeated bonuses — will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Certain game categories may be excluded from wagering requirements or weighted differently. Specific contribution rates are listed on the bonus terms page.

6️⃣ Gameplay and Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all games and betting markets available on h31:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by our licensed software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others).
• Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), American football, football, kabaddi, and fishing tournaments — are governed by the individual market rules displayed within the h31 sports section.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round or bet, h31 will resolve the situation in a fair and transparent manner. If a game round cannot be completed, all stakes will be returned to the player's balance.
• h31 is not responsible for disruptions caused by the player's internet connection, device failure, or power outage. Bets placed and confirmed prior to disconnection remain valid.
• h31 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of manipulation, error in odds publication, or breach of these Terms by the player.

7️⃣ Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the h31 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs — such errors must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or using funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or when communicating with h31 support.
• Allowing a third party to use your account or using another player's account credentials.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward h31 staff or other players.

8️⃣ Responsible Gaming

h31 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The platform provides the following tools, accessible directly within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the h31 platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours (BST).
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen prompts displaying your current session duration and net balance movement.

9️⃣ Intellectual Property

All content on the h31 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, graphics, text, user interface designs, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of h31 or its licensed content providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the h31 platform without prior written consent from h31.

🔟 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• h31 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind.
• h31 is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform.
• h31's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• h31 is not responsible for third-party payment provider errors, delays, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

1️⃣1️⃣ Account Closure and Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• Player-initiated closure: Contact support at [email protected] to request account closure. Any real-money balance above ৳1,000 will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, provided all wagering requirements are met.
• h31-initiated termination: h31 may suspend or permanently close an account at its sole discretion where there is evidence of Terms violation, fraud, or suspicious activity. In such cases, h31 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.
• Players who are self-excluded may not request account reopening during the self-exclusion period. After the exclusion period expires, reopening requests must be made in writing to support and are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

1️⃣2️⃣ Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between a player and h31 regarding these Terms or any transaction on the platform, the following process applies:

• Players should first contact h31 support at [email protected] with a clear written description of the dispute.
• h31 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours (BST) and aim to resolve it within 14 calendar days.
• If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing any other legal avenue.
• h31's decisions on matters relating to platform rules, bonus eligibility, and game outcomes are final once the internal review process is complete.
